1. Delivery Time
The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 48-72 hours, within the European Union up to 7 working days, and to countries outside the European Union up to 7-10 working days. For payment methods such as invoice and cash on delivery, the period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. For advance payment, the period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. These delivery times apply to orders received by us before 11:00 a.m. (CET).
The delivery time for shipments abroad is subject to prompt customs clearance in the destination country. Force majeure or operational disruptions at the seller or its suppliers, such as riots, strikes, or lockouts, which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the purchased item within the specified periods through no fault of their own, will extend these periods by the duration of the disruptions caused by these circumstances.
2. Logistics Partner
The ordered items will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner UPS ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by UPS.
3. Shipment Tracking
Using your package identification number/tracking number, you can check the current status of your package at any time at www.ups.de. Further information on shipment tracking can be found in your delivery confirmation by email or by contacting our customer service by phone.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping of lighters abroad is only possible with increased shipping costs. If, for technical or logistical reasons, delivery is made in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.
5. General Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, delivery is agreed to be "ex works Mannheim, Germany". Delivery is always at the risk and expense of the recipient. Unless otherwise agreed, the mode of transport is at our discretion. The respective import duties must be borne by the customer.
